Here are the important details regarding the dinner:

Time & Location: August 26, 7 pm to 9 pm, Hotel Nikko Kanazawa 2F, 2-15-1 Honmachi, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture(ザ・ガーデンハウス)

Venue: The dinner will take place at the Za Garden House, an elegant banquet hall situated conveniently near Kanazawa Station, within the premises of Hotel Nikko Kanazawa. The venue has a beautiful scan of Kanazawa City to enhance your experience of Kanazawa.

RSVP: To confirm your attendance at the dinner, please inform us via this questionnaire before 5 p.m. on 9th August in advance. Still open !!!

Cost: The approximate cost per person for the dinner will be 10,000 Japanese Yen. And students will be offered a special rate of 5,000 Japanese Yen. This cost includes a delectable buffet-style dinner, featuring a wide array of options, and a self-service beverage station offering various drinks, including alcoholic beverages. 

       In Japan, the banquet costs cannot be supported by public funding, thus this cost will be collected on-site in conference venue at Kanazawa University. However, if you need certification please inform us.
